Over-the-top (OTT) video streaming platform ZengaTV is actively scouting for a strategic investor as it looks to raise funds to acquire international content and strengthen its position in an increasingly crowded market.
Shabhir Momin, co-founder of Zenga Media Pte. Ltd, under which ZengaTV is housed, also plans to offload stake in his second company, OneDigital Entertainment Pte. Ltd, which runs a YouTube multi-channel network (MCN), a senior company official close to the development said. The official did not want to be named.
