In an interview with Techcircle, Manish Kheterpal, managing partner, WaterBridge Ventures, says while macro-numbers and the overall quantum of capital may have come down in 2016, the number of deals has not come down significantly. And, if one filters out two or three large institutions and hedge funds, the rest of the numbers are comparable with 2014.
